Sitter/Companion for Elderly
Independent Contractor - Location: Clinton, MS
We are in search of Companions/Sitters to occasionally help provide important non-medical care, such as companionship, safety monitoring, and social activities for the mother of one of our members in the Clinton, MS area. This support is needed some days and some evenings, and scheduling will depend on the family's scheduling needs. Support may be needed a few hours during the day and evening. Individuals interested must:

Membership Engagement Director
Independent Contractor - Location: Remote
The Membership Engagement Director is responsible for all aspects of membership development, customer service, member retention, and evaluation of systems used to achieve membership and customer service goals, and supervises and oversees the training of membership volunteers.
Responsibilities
- The Member Engagement Director is responsible for driving membership growth and retention while enhancing the overall experience at the Combat Boots 2 Red Bottoms
- This role involves overseeing membership services to ensure a positive, professional atmosphere that promotes camaraderie, community engagement, and member satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategies for member recruitment, retention, and satisfaction
- Develop new and expand existing relationships with organizations and businesses in the Veteran, Military and greater community that will enhance membership and the visibility of programs
- Create and maintain a member-focused culture, fostering relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Oversee membership registration processes, including phone, in-person events and web-based systems, in coordination with marketing efforts
- Recruit, train, and supervise membership volunteers
- Evaluate volunteer performance, provide ongoing training, and implement strategies to motivate and achieve departmental goals
- Participate in budget planning and management
- Monitor and manage budgets, making adjustments as needed to address variances and achieve financial targets
- Handle member complaints effectively, preserving dignity while reaching satisfactory solutions
- Organize and participate in membership events for Combat Boots 2 Red Bottoms and in the community
- Build partnerships with community organizations to support and promote Combat Boots 2 Red Bottoms programs
- Utilize data and feedback to drive improvements in membership programs
- Measure program impact and effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to enhance member experiences
- Attend leadership meetings and other reasonable duties as assigned by CB2RB Senior Management Team

Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in
Association Management, Membership Acquisition, Membership Managment Software, Online Community Platform Management and Digital Marketing.
Compensation: 10% Commission on Initial Membership Sales
