The Combat Boots 2 Red Bottoms Engage H.E.R. Conference offers attendees an opportunity to mingle, make connections, and share experiences with members from a wide spectrum of industries and military branches.   

This comprehensive event provides women warriors with personal and professional support and examines the role of military women in various settings.  The two-day conference features workshops based on these key topics:   

• The everyday life challenges of women who serve
• Mental Health Challenges from the perspective of a woman who has served. 
• Professional Development

The Engage H.E.R.  Conference takes a women-warrior approach to the continuing support and growth of military women.  We are excited to announce that this flagship event will be in person in 2024, bringing together Women Veterans and Women currently serving from all over the nation.
